Cannot reset my password

Hello, I forgot my account password and wanted to reset it. Your website mentioned I would receive a password reset email to do so. 

But, I didn't receive any email till now. 

What should I do now?

Recently, our password resetting system got some problems and we are doing our best to fix them. 

Once it has been fixed, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

We hope you can understand and wait patiently.
